Quercus × alvordiana is a hybrid oak tree in the genus Quercus. The species is a hybrid between Quercus douglasii and Quercus turbinella.[1] According to C. Michael Hogan, this hybrid is the most common hybrid of Q. douglasii and its range extends from the Tehachapi Mountains to Carmel Valley within the Inner Coastal Ranges of California.[2]
